Products Compressed for Shipping To ensure safe and efficient delivery, our plush products are vacuum-sealed prior to shipment.

This method protects the product during transport and reduces shipping impact. As a result, items may appear flattened, wrinkled, or compressed upon arrival.

This is an expected outcome of the packaging process and does not constitute damage, manufacturing defect, or quality issue.

Once removed from the packaging, the plush will naturally return to its original shape within a few hours.

Light reshaping or gentle fluffing may assist in restoring its form more quickly. Variations in shape immediately after unpacking are normal and are not considered grounds for return, exchange, refund, or dispute.
